I think that new Steelworks development will go great with the roof on the Holker End they put up last year.
Didn't realise that the Holker End had a new roof.
Good news.

Have any plans been submitted or even an architect contracted yet? Any time scale given? Or just more empty words?
You are getting as boring as a former member of this forum.

So when does the work start then?
Ask a former member of this forum. He can consult his sources.

I was asking a genuine question, i couldn't attend last night due to personal reasons ( some on here know why ) It's easy to say I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that but was the time frame mentioned on this new stand? Or was just the words. Still no answer on that.

Think the quote was something along the lines of not soon but but eventually.

Why do people on here think that they can tell the owner when and where to spend his own money just because they attend some matches or just call themselves fans?
Just say no to VAR :sentoff:

Before you go raising the Tamplins as paragons of virtue, I'd take a look at the Dagenham & Redbridge fans forum regarding the failed attempt to take over that club last season. Most of the things said about Glenn Tamplin are probably too libelous to repeat on here.

Having failed to acquire D&R he took his (alleged) multi-millions bought Billiericay Town and next thing, Billericay are the next Fylde. Billericay Towns ground is, not to put too fine a point on it currently bits of concrete surrounded by a dazzling array of corrugated iron, much of which is now being demolished with promises of new stands and first rate facilities.

We've seen a bit of Mr Tamplin on local news as he seems to actively court publicity and this causes a bit of a stir. A rumour was started that he'd put a bit in for Ricky Miller once it became clear he was leaving Dover. What else can I say about him that wont get me into trouble. Lets just say that if he fulfills his dream of taking Billericay Town into the Football League he'll undoubtedly be the most tattooed club owner in Football (and yes I believe that Dale Vince has a nice collection of tats as well).

Be careful what you wish for.

Need more of this attitude

Was reading about him last week, sounds like he means business submitting all kinds of plans to the local council. Fair play to him he's only had the club for around a year.

Their corporate sounds class..5 course meal at their VIP restaurant with club chef, followed by watching the game at a balcony seat.

Have their gates increased since he took over?
