Fylde's ground

For those going to Fylde (mill farm sports village) it's worth travelling by train, get the train to preston then the blackpool train getting off at Kirkham, the ground is about 6 minutes walk. There is a pub the royal oak near the station and one called the kingfisher on the way.Outside the ground is a KFC,greggs and a Aldi(carry out).I was at the ground today(6/7/17) and it reminds me a bit of a posh Forrest Green set up. In the ground are two bars and a Italian restaurant, only three sides of the ground are used, it has weird floodlights that look like fishing rods. We play them in August and I can see a good few hundred going.

there is a train from kirk and wesh at 2234 getting into preston at 2244 then preston to barrow is 2313 arr 0030

Anyone know what the parking's like? I'll be making a late dash in the car so could do with knowing where I can dump the car.

Parking shouldn't be a problem LB, there is a large car park at the ground and last season for the likes of Stockport and FCUM, i believe they used a large field 5-10 minutes walk to the ground for overflow parking. I don't know what charges there are though.

Plenty of street parking.
The overflow car park is £5.

The nearest pub to the railway station, is the Stanley Arms, which neighbour's Royal Oak.
Further up, is Lanes.
The Kingfisher isn't on the way. It's 10mins to the West of the ground and is a little out of the way.
