Re: The Next Barrow Manager
It's the word slum i objected to, yes there are deprived areas in every town and city in the world and Glasgow is no different. It's the ignorance that boils my [SwearFilter].
Been to both areas you mentioned many times, some good folk live in both.

From many of your posts I guess you were born up the road and latched on to supporting Barrow when you escaped from the slums.

"Dino Maamria and Tommy Cassidy are all currently out of work".
I'd sooner have the racist Nigel Farage around for tea and then let him stick pins in my eyes rather than employ either of these two, especially Cassidy.

I think Nigel Farage has the leadership qualities the club is looking for. He will be well connected as well. Worth a shot

Wowsers that's a step back in time, they were names in non league football 15 years ago maybe!!!!!! We need someone dynamic who is with the times, football evolves and we need a non league Eddie Howe who can work on minimal budgets as Casson has obviously dived in too dip with OUR club and is out of his depth and pulling in the reigns!!Ray Johnstone wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2017 11:20 pm John Beck, Dino Maamria and Tommy Cassidy are all currently out of work.

Ok I used the word loosely,I have friends from many areas of Glasgow in fact one of my closest was brought up in Springburn, he said they were tough times there.glasgow_blue wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2017 8:51 am It's the word slum i objected to, yes there are deprived areas in every town and city in the world and Glasgow is no different.
