Dan Cockerline
Re: Dan Cockerline
Might be a sign that ogdens position isn't changing regardless of the new man. #generalmanager

Re: Dan Cockerline
Didn't look good enough for me but probably needed more game time.

Re: Dan Cockerline
Quite worrying if he has THAT much of a say in that they wouldn't even wait for a new manager to come in and see what he thinks of him. Having a chief scout in charge of transfers etc is all well and good, but it should be in conjunction with/partnership with the manager who picks the team, sets out the system etc, not instead/ in spite of.

It doesn't matter how he looked chris, it's his footballing ability that's important.barrowfan_chris wrote: ↑Tue Sep 05, 2017 4:01 pm Didn't look good enough for me but probably needed more game time.

Does seem a little strange that he has gone in the transitional period. Good luck to him.

If Oggy got his picks right every time he would be employed by a PL club.McMark wrote: ↑Tue Sep 05, 2017 3:50 pm'Twas!!HarryWiggins76 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 05, 2017 3:47 pm Wouldn't it of made more sense to loan him out until a new manager has a chance to asses the squad. And wasn't it Ogden who spotted him in the first place.

Saw him at Solihull. Unfit. Poor. No big miss in my opinion. Yusuff a much better option. We should be building the side around him.

@South Yorkshire Blue something tells me you feel we should be building the side around Yusuff?

Re: Dan Cockerline
That's some build up
Re: Dan Cockerline
A fee was involved, so maybe it seemed like a decent deal for a fifth choice striker?
Personally, I would have liked to have seen how he did out on loan, but chances are he would only ever have featured a handful of times for Barrow.

Re: Dan Cockerline
Would never have played regularly to get match fit after a serious injury. At least southport will play him. Wish him well. Probably good business to get a fee for him. Leaves wage for another to come in. ......

Lot of phallic names being shown the door.
Was speaking to the apprentice Bovril maker, [SwearFilter] Penisworth earlier. He's bricking it.
