Devastated and want improvement and there was me thinking Cox had jumped ship?
Cox wasn't in charge of the Fylde or Maidenhead games. Keep up.

Exactly and he brought nearly all those players here.

His squad.

You have given him 3 red cards before he jumped ship, so he wasn't doing that well was he.

Now get back to work.

5 or 6 points out of next three games will see Moore getting the job imo.

5 points will mean we are unbeaten in four games two wins and two draws

6 points will mean we have won 3 out of 4 games which is a very good ratio and if we did that for a full season would see us with 90 points, so by my reckoning if they achieve a minimum of 5 points from next 3 games the job is theirs.

He wasn't doing well. With the restrictions placed on him I don't think he ever could of. Hence signing a squad with 2 weeks to go.
I seem to recall our recent departed managers spin on leaving things late was due to football league contracts ending at the end of July and he would be waiting to see what was available, after all the same happened the season below when Byron Harrison was signed.

I don't think I've dreamt that but what I know for sure you will pass comment against it and put the usual spin on things!

We move forward to Saturday playing the favourites for promotion who haven't had a great start themselves.

There you go a former member of this forum there's a perfect chance for you. Get on the Tranmere forum and bemoan their failings, go on son you would be in your element!

On the bright side of things then we haven't started September too badly :scarf:
Until Saturday. Should be a mauling down there.
I remember going down for a mauling under Edmo and coming away with a win... bit like Dovers mauling at the weekend... we shall see I guess.

If we better the 5-1 loss when Coxy's side last went there then we have made progress under the interims haven't we?

Not my logic, just following this forum's stupidity of late.

Surely a decision has to be made in the next week the squad needs strengthening but how can this happen until we have a permanent manager moore is stuck in no man's land, while Casson & Son play at "Billy Big time " it's the fans /player's who are left waiting the longer it goes on we miss out on climbing up the league, pathetic !

Anyone interested - tom browlee and myself will be doing a live podcast tomorrow night on youtube at 6pm. Anyone interested in getting involved and having a chat then let me know via dm. This is for fun and a chance for fans to have a laugh and a chat about the club outside of the forum and the terraces (for those who cant be there) over the weeks we will also have live interviews with former barrow players/managers etc :)
Its all via google hangouts and broadcast live via youtube, also uploaded for people who cant watch live. First one may be a complete mess but we are going to give it a go! We will post the link tomorrow. All bluebirds are blue

Hi mickmike if you want to tune in all you need to do is subscribe to BlueBird media page on youtube - tis the one with a pic of Holker St as main pic. This is numbers depending and we are still looking for volunteers to express their views and be part of the chat.

Please take into account that before Saturday Boreham Wood were 7th in the league and were unbeaten on the road
Draws at both Fylde and Tranmere and a victory against Torquay.
How about being abit more respectful of the opposition. Saturday was a very good result
Well said.

I thought Halifax were a decent team when they visited - a bit 'naughty' but they got a result. After the game, most people were saying we should be beating teams like Halifax. Really? Have a look at the National League table...

As Paul Cox said this league is gonna be wide open this season! Everyone is in with a chance!

Is there any prices on next manager. what names are being mentioned?
"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.
