Do any of the people in the know, or Spirit, know what is going on at the club at the moment? and I'm referring to the current strategy driving the club.

If all the aforementioned is all true:

Cox resigning
Ogden resigning
squad nowhere near 22 players (inc. selling cockerline for 10K without any immediate replacements)
community staff being let go

then it seems Casson is cost cutting. I do not have a problem with this, but why not come out and state this, say the running of the club has to become more streamlined etc. At the moment we seem to be being told that play-offs and promotion is the aim, but this does not match with the reality of the current goings-on at the club. Can we please have a statement or at least a word on what is going on.

been supporting them since i was 8 and its starting to loose its feeling at the club the fans are never in the know nor was the manager so i guess i shouldnt be the one complaining to much about that but how hard is it seriously to keep fans up to date with what yoou are doing to a club people love and support so many questions and very little answers...

I agree - I almost preferred it when we were the underdogs but got results thourgh doggid determination on and off the pitch. there was a certain charm and never say die attitide around the club which people really bought into.
We just seem really poorly run. its like the club has forgotton what its built on. all we want is honesty - even if its not good news, atleast let us know.
I think someones ego may be getting in the way...

we will probably start finding out about players not getting paid next - im trying to remain positive - but its quite obvious there are problems

I do not know it's just Casson words have not matched his actions and before the season started I told my mate Casson is looking to get cash back and then cut the squad.
We are all Barrow supporters but we have a element of naive supporters ala Dad's Army we all know who Pike is,Corporal Jones etc.
I just worry what the future holds and if the club is being run down.
Look at all the turmoil in the space of 4 months

Why do you expect to be kept 'in the know'? I have been following the club since the 1950s and until very recently the only information we got was from the press.
