Embarrassing yourself tranter ladmrknowitall wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 10:59 pm be wierd to think that spirit of 1990 (daz), bingo and ruins all have the same agenda... (to defend the cassons at all costs) - but this is a forum which the club do not and cannot control.
Im only defending someone who I feel (in my opinion) has done nothing wrong - there were rumours around the ground tonight that LH has been released - my wife said even the radio said that on air during the game - if he has why left the club then why has nothing been said?
On the depression comment - I am purely going off a discussion I had with one of the lads family members last week in the stand (his dad is the big bloke) who had 2 little uns with him in the stand, shirt, jeans - and yeah fair enough I hold my hands up that maybe should not have made any rumour public - but I dont see the club defending the lad at the moment - and as someone who has personally been through something simular it makes me angry and concerned at the lack of care been given.
This is a forum which is here for discussion - we may not always agree with eachother - but thats why its here isnt it? dont like it - dont read it. end of.

Re: Paul Ogden resigned?
So his Dad told you in confidence or said it was ok to defend his son on a public forum about possible problems he has....mrknowitall wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 10:59 pm On the depression comment - I am purely going off a discussion I had with one of the lads family members last week in the stand (his dad is the big bloke)
What's to defend? you're the one bringing up his health, the club hasn't said anything - you have!!!mrknowitall wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 10:59 pm but I dont see the club defending the lad at the moment
AGENDAS......
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

People who need to have a word with themselves:
1) Paul Casson- stop telling us things are possible when they aren't.
2) Paul; Cox- If you were blameless you'd be all over the papers- you've made some crap decisons re players and contracts- stop undermining the club with fellow travellers you've left behind
3) Andrew Casson, weird internet spies and the sycophants on here who defend poor decision after poor decision
4) The Press Box regurgitating whatever crumbs fell from Cox's mouth, especially Radio Cumbria and various members of the Mail who post on here
5) The agency that represents some of the players and have employees on this forum actively undermining the club to put your clients' view across, even using extended family to peddle one side of a story and wind everyone up.

Just showed this thread to my wife who was a mental health nurse and she said the following. Either Mrknowitall is totally ignorant and trying to cause trouble or he his actually Liam trying in a way to explain his current position.

First. Just a man in a bit of bother trying to be someone he isn't. I suggest a night out with toko, onions et Al for him.glasgow_blue wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2017 11:12 pm Just showed this thread to my wife who was a mental health nurse and she said the following. I would never imagine a club such as Barrow wouldn't look after someone with issues.
Unfortunately when you think you know it all knowledge comes back to bite you on the arse because we can always learn more.

Still nothing from the club on this? That must mean it's not true........
Re: Paul Ogden resigned?
Amazing just how many people seemed to want it to be true and we're prepared to perpetuate a rumourHenneysKnee wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2017 6:11 pm Still nothing from the club on this? That must mean it's not true........
