I think Holt alone would be a short term fix. His appointment may raise the profile of the club with the media and put a few extra bodies in the crowd at first but the interest would soon dwindle.

Not sure Moore alone is going to cut the mustard either. So if we are going to retain him I think it's got to be in a partnership where he has an input but not the final say. Otherwise I think we may well be in the same scenario in January.
