A lot of the price reductions for non league day are across all of the 68 football clubs included in the national league, they created a list of ideas that the different clubs could use to help with the increase of attendance on the day, and potentially increase footfall during the season.

This list can be found online and is available for anyone to see but of course the idea could have only possibly been thought of by our one and only.

I can confirm....It's been in the pipeline for quite a while now mate and it's quite a common thing for this to happen.

Nothing to do with yesterday's announcement & nothing to do with being mentioned on here, although if it was, surely that's a good thing? BUT, it wasn't.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Well done BAFC, I've heard on the grapevine that Orient are bringing a large following (but they have lost 3 on the bounce) So that might change a bit, Hope we can get 1700+ I'm trying to get some younger family members to attend.

Yes. Great move. A bigger club like orient should attract a few more?
The results prior are key.

Should allow drinking on the terraces for the game too. That will get people through the gates.

The last time I saw drink on the terraces was at Farsley Celtic about a decade ago now. I agree it should be brought back. Most Barrow fans are good natured. Why let the few spoil it for the rest of us?

It's still allowed at level 6 and below, level 6 is National league North and South. But once you get to level 5 our current level or above it is no longer allowed even if you fall back to level 6 or below.

Good move by the club

I await the schools promotion to support it. Send me something Ryan and I'll see it gets round.
