Give him a chance. Every signing is a risk.

Re: Tony Diagne
It is hardly inspiring that the club have signed him on non-contract terms - why should we believe in the lad when the club don't? If he was any good we would have given him a contract.

We barely have a full team. We need meat in the room. Good luck to the lad.

Re: Tony Diagne
Non contract helps both parties. If he does well he can be offered a contract if not he can be released without paying up his contract

Re: Tony Diagne
I agree with you entirely, and I am not saying it is bad business from the club one bit, all I was saying was it isn't too inspiring. If the club believed the lad was capable of making a difference I would assume they would give him a contract.urswick blue wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2017 7:45 pmNon contract helps both parties. I must admit (as I put my tin hat on and brace myself) the club has the feel of the end of the Keen era about it. Cheap manager option, players on non contract, fans divided, performances gutless, lots of talk and very little of anything else.

Re: Tony Diagne
Cover is needed.
It's sensible to get cover in without giving out full contracts ££.
This guy can play. He may be given a contract and has that to now play for.
Why shoot players down before they've even put the shirt on?

Been at Morecambe who are an established football league club and Lincoln who won this league; great pedigree on paper. Welcome to the club Tony
