Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
2pm kick off at Carrington plenty of U18s going
Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
Just phoned Bury FC as I fancied a trip out to watch this game tomorrow if it was open to the public. I was informed we would not be fulfilling the fixture thus giving Bury FC a bye to the next round against Preston. I know we have our injury problems and for those reasons understand why we would rather not partake this year. But think the club could of at least informed it's supporters to that effect.

Feel for the youth players more than anything who I'm sure benefited from having a couple of run outs in these fixtures last season, playing more adult football

Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
Did Bury mention if it would have been open to the public Mark? There was some talk last week it would've been behind closed doors so perhaps that's why it hasn't been mentioned by club one way otherMcMark wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 7:21 pm Just phoned Bury FC as I fancied a trip out to watch this game tomorrow if it was open to the public. I'm not bothered personally about the Lancs Cup but if it's true that we will not or cannot fulfill this fixture then things may be worse than a lot think.

Or no youth available so not risking an injury hit squad.glasgow_blue wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 7:41 pm I'm not bothered personally about the Lancs Cup but if it's true that we will not or cannot fulfill this fixture then things may be worse than a lot think.

Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
Does it happen often from injury hit squads in this comp? Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
Plenty of youth players made themselves available to travel but perhaps thin on the ground with 1st team players and didn't want to take risk under the current circumstances
Re: Molson Coors Senior Lancashire Cup
Pointless cup anyway, nothing to moan about really is it?
