When they look like they can't be arsed, look out...At home to Maidstone = can't be arsed.

1100 paying full price vs 1800 paying reduced prices.... Brings a lot kids with parents and a better atmosphere

Every kid from the development centre that was on the pitch at halftime got 2 free adult tickets, so out of the 1700+ crowd today I'd say a couple of hundred paid nothing. Wouldn't surprise me if the gate receipts were down on a normal 1100 crowd.

A decent match to watch then if you weren't a regular at HS. Might entice a few to return.

Totally agree! I wasn't having a dig when I said it wouldn't surprise me if gate receipts were down, Just making the point that the club probably lost money Despite the higher gate. Nice to see all the kids on the pitch at HT, a better atmosphere than there's been for quite some time and some good football too. Hopefully it'll entice a few 'floaters' to return. Good to see the club trying things like this. There hasn't been many positives around HS lately. Hopefully the club can build on yesterday (on and off the pitch)

Promoting the club will cost money that’s for certain but it will be money well spent in the long run. Up to the club now to carry this on

First game I've enjoyed for a while. Quality is improving slowly and effort is up significantly. Hearing 'two poor teams' phrase a lot recently. Well that's pretty much the National League standard. Nowt special in the league this season. Makes it more frustrating we don't have last season's team.

Good to see White improving and pleased he got a goal to get his confidence up. Good to see Hughes back and playing well, even if he's carrying a bit.

Some strange decisions by the ref and boaderline offside decisions that might have cost us the game, but a draw was probably a fair result.

We are building from the beginning again and it looks like it's going to be slow process but there's definitely some optimistic signs.

Pretty obvious but we need to get a win. Set up for a good result at Shaw Lane who are playing at a very average standard. We seem to have the desire to win again after some very flat performances. Sure we can stay in the league if we keep plugging away. As for the playoffs or better, that's going to be a long way off.

I don't think there's anything else that can happen off the pitch that will distract from the football on it. Hopefully we can concentrate fully on supporting the actual team again...

Good game to watch in difficult weather conditions, referee was best we have had pity linesmen were not the same standard.

Personally I believe he has always been a good footballer for us, even out wide, and was just one who fell under the barrovian scapegoat trap

I agree that he has more than half an idea how to play. He can pass, head, shoot and tackle. The problem he has is his fitness, or lack of it.
