Gary Brabin hasn't applied for the job either time. He has a good job at Everton (I think it's Everton anyway).
Steve Herbert supports the nob theory - Saturday 4th February 2012.

If this bus crashed and everybody on it died, Barrow football would end - Daz Boyle, Boston away, August 9th 2014.

Brabin is at Sunderland. But he would absolutely get you results, in the short term.

Soneone who can get the team fired up.
Would love this but he's never taken anything in the North - not sure he'd want the move?

Who would you drop for Livesey?
If we play two CBs then I would have Nieskens alongside him all day long. Diarra can fight for his place and rotate in whenever. Ultimately we would want to see a 'scary' CB. Livesey would be our Paul Jones, but where is our McNulty or Hume?
So you wouldn't have Diarra or Dunne?

If we only play 2 CBs, no...I wouldn't. If we played 3 at the back then Diarra over Dunne for the third slot.

He's not at either, Neil Aspin took him to Port Vale earlier this month when he got the managers job there.
