Just got to get behind whoever gets it and not sulk. Can't believe people saying they won't go if they don't agree with the eventual choice.

Grant holt great player but manager - really? Right now we need an experienced manager imo not someone just because he was a good player

It will be complicated but we need to get a "management team" in place quickly. Am I right in believing the Director of Football application deadline was Oct 14th? If so things should be starting to move (he says hopefully). Personally I would like to see John Sheridan involved in some way. Good idea to appoint some roofers at the same time.
Dont belive its a director that the club advertised for. "Head of football operations" I think was the title

My mistake however I'm not sure if there is a difference with the two titles

Can never please everyone, If we go out and get whoever tomorrow, Many will moan we didn’t cast our net wide enough & get accused of rushing it again, If we take our time many will slate the club for dithering & being rudderless in the mean time.

As for people saying if this or that person gets the job I’m not going anymore, that’s not being a supporter.

29% currently for John Sheridan, am i missing something here? Has he ever managed at this level? What's the reason for voting for him? Genuine question.

He won the league above and the football league trophy in the same season and has a record of avoiding relegation with numerous sides.

I'm sure they were relegated the year they won the flt, the year after going up. Career win record of 37%.

If only Liverpool had said that to Kenny Dalglish...
