Another excellent team performance, continuing on from Eastleigh,gaining another win.Everyone worked hard and gave 100% again, against a decent hard working Gateshead side who threw everything at us.Well worked first goal and wonder strike from Harry,looking forward to seeing that again! Great all round performance, we rode our luck at times, but that's football. A bit exposed out wide in the 1st half, but much better 2nd half, looking to have good shape and discipline now. Gomis is a machine!! One minute heading it out on our 18 yd box and next a crunching tackle in their box! Got a couple of good clatters as well last night, the 2nd looked a nasty challenge.
Dunno again had a solid game, and ran Gomis close for MOM

Thoroughly enjoyable trip.We look a far better team,shape and all round committed.I do believe Harry has found his position, he was superb,like them all. Great support from the fans,still got a sore throat today but it was sure worth it. Make no mistake Gateshead are a bloody good side,and we did em.

I’ve always found Woodworth does a decent job, at least he describes what’s in front of him rather than listening to Phillips and his mates having a laugh between each other so that you’re left wondering what on Earth is going on. Cassidy however, well you can tell he hates commentating on us when we’re winning.

But agreed, Radio Lonsdale’s commentary is top notch and they make watching the highlights even better after nights like this.

And....Radio Lonsdale have a brilliant Engineer who makes it all possible for the lads! Ha! Ha! Ha! Only jesting as it does give me a real buzz that our Lottery funded equipment is so reliable and works everywhere. Adam, Matt, Andy Steele, and hopefully on Saturday, our new Match Summariser, Mitch Wright, have built this up to provide a superb service for our patients, staff, visitors and our expat listeners. Of course, it's much easier for our commentators when Barrow are winning, so keep it up please boys!
