Poor performance and result. Asa Hall was abysmal as always, White is a terrible footballer too. Holt was excellent when he came on and the new lad at LB looked pretty promising.

Thanks for that Adam but I think our manager should be a salesman because he watched a different game to me!Adam29 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 6:26 pm https://soundcloud.com/adam-johnson-898 ... o-dagenham
My interview with Ady today
Re: Barrow v Dagenham match thread
Funny how we see games differently. For me Bauress found himself time and again in acres of space, especially first half when he had no one on him, yet no one looked for him, instead choosing to play the harder ball from behind Bauress to players further up the pitch who were being closed down. Give it to players in space and let them bring the ball forward.mulholland wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 6:29 pm Holt's got to start, Bauress's got to start warming the bench.

No Dunne misses no games.
The 5 booking cut off date was the end on November.

Don't think so.
According to Ady Pennock after today's game he said Barrow had no injured players at all for next week's selection against Nuneaton.

Re: Barrow v Dagenham match thread
Feel we have players who are giving their best but are not really good enough especially against organised and physical teams such as Dagenham .
Cant dispute effort most are putting in but we do not have a playmaker or any player who can dictate in midfield.
We are trying to attack more from wide positions but lack real pace to make this effective.
Very quiet crowd at end of game which is worrying at home.
Thought we deserved a point today,

I know what you're saying and he is a young lad but for me he's extremely lightweight. He's been given a lot of opportunities here but he's just not delivering. I can't see that much difference between him and Newby myself. One given very limited time on the pitch, the other overly-indulged. Back to the age-old debate?Jonty wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 7:28 pmFunny how we see games differently. That ref hasn’t reffed a Home win all season.
Re: Barrow v Dagenham match thread
It’s beginning to look like we won’t get a home win for the rest of the season - regardless of who the ref is!

It's an abysmal experience at 'Fortress Hollker St' at the moment, fifteen quid to stand in the freezing cold and wet to watch a disjointed bunch of players huff and puff with no end product. Any decent football, goals and dare I say it - excitement, is provided by the away team. Luckily, we have no more home games for a while as the attendances would be shocking.
We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...
