HP no where near good enough. Too slow, too weak, doesn't work hard enough...

There's no rule that says you have to give it back if a team puts it out for their own player. Obviously you'd hope Barrow players would, but if the shoe was on the other foot, nobody on here would be complaining.

The goal was coming, and Dixon kept us in it at times. His best game in a long while after a few dodgy performances.
Audel defended well but distribution was poor, Panayiotou did well but finishing was poor, and Hall did a lot of good things defensively today.

Ref was abysmal again, and couldn't have got more than about three decisions right all afternoon.

It’s called sportsmanship. We did it when they had a player stretchered off. Could have carried on and scored but we didn’t.

According to Radio Sheepdip Barrow played to their own man after the stretcher incident which is probably why their player was told to do similar. The player himself looked like he wanted to throw it to our keeper but he was told not to.

I thought Harry did ok apart from that miss, given that he’s not a winger.

Draw fair result, could’ve easily lost if it wasn’t for a number of good stops by Dixon. No complaints about the build up to their equaliser, we played on after the Buxton injury, which looked a nasty one, hopefully it isn’t as serious as it looks.

Best game at Holker Street (and credit to Tranmere, having a few away fans in adds to the occasion)
We were excellent, battled away brilliantly and Dixon had his best game for a long time. Draw a fair result, Tranmere missed enough chances to win several games

Agree about Dixon - I haven’t rated him and prefer Moore in goal but he was very good today
I’d have taken a draw at the start and to be fair I think Tranmere had the better chances to win (including help off the ref with the cheap free kicks) but they couldn’t take advantage

Hoping we could have hung on, but it wasn't to be and a draw was probably a fair result. We gave them a lot of room in midfield and they had a lot of the game but their incompetence and my joint MOM Dixon kept them at bay till late.
IMO we should have subbed Harrison and Holt earlier to get fresh legs upfront. They don't make a good pairing for me. In fact I would give Harrison a rest as he seems to be struggling for form. Congrats to MacDonald MOM, Useful loanee.

Only Holt stopped, and Jones played on. Hence Tranmere carried on playing as normal when they resumed with a throw-in.

What I'm saying is that Barrow fans wouldn't give a shit if it was Tranmere who put the ball out for one of their own and we never gave it back. In fact, it happened Vs Wrexham.

It happened right in front of us and Jones half stopped and looked undecided what to so so just booted it to the other side whereas he would have carried the ball onto the goalmouth. I think Holty was making sure he wasn't blamed for what had happened. The injured lad was holding his chest. Let's hope he isn't too badly hurt.

Jones over-hit that cross, Tranmere carried on going forward after their player clattered into, and over Holt, and we won the ball back. Gomis isn't the player I thought he would be, ok he hit the bar with a decent effort but overall thought he was poor today and seems to be every time the opposition have a couple of proper grafters in the middle. Think Tranmere's 'Aberdeen' equivalent obviously had a word with their travelling support today, decent turn out but the drum's a bit last century isn't it.

I can't believe Tranmere's sportsmanship is in question, considering the time wasting Barrow engaged in. At one point your keeper threw the ball down the bloody player's tunnel just to waste a few more seconds! It was farcical.
