Whats happening to our club

That was a great crowd there. It would be interesting to hear the views of fans who watch both teams about the respective match day experience at Craven Park/ Holker Street, things we could do better, things we are better at. One thing you can’t do at the football (any football match) is have a drink on the terraces whilst watching the game. A ruling which is surely overdue a review.

Just to be clear it was not intended to damage the club, I will support both clubs because thats what we do. I was simply pointing out as one other poster commented the rugby do the basics so much better than we do, period.

I went on Sunday and enjoyed it.....more for the fantastic performance and comeback win than anything else tbh; it was great to see lads putting everything in and it showed at the end how much the win meant. Being honest both grounds are well past their best so there’s nothing to compare there really (although they do have a roof on one end behind the sticks!) Great crowd but that was also a result of another fantastic result the week before and Leigh being a team who had only come down from Super League this summer

If their was proper real ale at the club then people would cope better. It's the garbage like Carling, strongbow, John Smith's that seems to cause the issue. I've never seen any bother at any beer festival as folk drink quality and sensibility.

Why the obsession with describing Cassons as Yanks? PC born in Barrow so not a yank, lives in Texas so not a Yank since it derives from Yankee and they were from the northern states as opposed to the Confederates from southern slave states. I presume AC is a Texan by birth so not a yank.

What’s happening at our club, Simple Answer is “Transition Period” I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for the club to cope with everything that gone on recently.

Cox was touting himself out to all comers while he was still our Manager, That put our Owners in a hugely difficult position of trust, How much faith do you put into a fella who you know is going to shaft you!!
How much money do you give him to spend on players again knowing what’s round the corner!!

Easy to sit back & slag the club off for everything when they can not publicly tell you what’s going on behind closed doors, The Owners have made mistakes & will make more as they are only human but at least we are still moving forwards on & off the pitch, Yes we have struggled this season but that was inevitable with all the comings & goings.

Win tonight & other results (Hopefully) Go our way and things will be a little more comfortable for us fans , Remember if we stay up & I think we will, it will b the longest we have stayed in the National League ever...

Does it matter, If the demand is there then Supply it...How difficult would it be to buy 2 pie warmers & place 1 in the Crossbar & the other in the Trust shop & have avolunteer walking the terraces with a warming bag full of pies, Have a Supply deal with a few local pie shops & give the paying public a choice.

Advertise it well & give it a minimum 10 home game trail to gauge demand, work at it, not half arsed as per.
