Great! Another player on-loan! How many's that now?
Just what we need - another young player who's struggling to get into the team of his parent club coming here to 'gain experience'. Has ANYBODY at the club woke up yet and realised we're in a relegation battle?!!!
We NEED players who have 'experience' of fighting tooth, fang and claw at this level!

Didn't see enough of him in December to form an opinion, so welcome back. If he shows as much desire as Yates, then that will do for me.

Being that negative doesn’t show us up in a good light. FFS try to be positive for once!
Give the lad a chance to prove to us and his parent club that he has something to offer.

Welcome Lewis. Show them what you’re made of!

Now we just need a centre mid and a winger and we’ll have a chance of survival

We are delighted to welcome Lewis Walters back on loan from @NFFC until the end of the season!

Lewis joined us back in December but had to head back to the City Ground due to injury.

He signs in time to face @thesilkmen tomorrow in our @TheNationalLge game!

Would be difficult to get any other than loan signings this stage of season given our position in league and in country being a bit isolated.Whilst I see the concern re too many loans with limits on how many can play each match and would they be committed /experienced enough it is true as already stated by others that that we have had some decent players here on loan.It also shows we are trying to strengthen squad at this difficult time and is not the sign of an owner running down the team club etc etc to combat further conspiracy theories.Welcome Lewis do your best we can ask no more than that.

That makes 5 loan players now.

Cook, McDonald, the 2 James boys and Walters.
Been nothing much wrong with most of those players so far.
In fact, they have been pushing for man of the match in games that have been played the last few weeks.

As ever, I'll ask what difference would it make having someone on loan til the end of the season or someone on contract til the end of the season? Almost no difference other than he can get sent back if he gets injured.

Buck up Kid. He was excellent the rare games he played for us mate if you remember. Maybe not!. Him and James will be two of quickest forwards we have ever had playing together up front for years in afc shirt. exciting times

And to throw Nathan Waterston into the mix as a wide winger...it could cause defenders a real problem
