Rugby will get a bigger crowd tomorrow unless Fylde are bringing a decent number.

Club have done little to push this game as well.

As for the ground/stadium Holker street is a shit hole ask almost evety visiting fan what they think of it. The apathy towards the club is because of the now ridiculous promises made at the start of the take over.

Longer term just look at what Maidstone and Sutton have done to improve their crowds.

Anyway to end on positives Ryan and others doing a good job with the social media and I like the idea for the junior membership just hope its organised and doesn't falter like so many ideas before it.

The club probably shouldn’t have promised breaking news as part of the membership; we all know that won’t be happening

They shouldn't be promising it anyway - breaking news should be available straight away to everyone to get some interest and encourage social media interaction, not just to a select few who have paid. Ridiculous idea, people won't need to look at the Facebook and Twitter updates as their mate at work who's part of the club will have already known in advance and told them.

I was quite happy when they announced there would be a club, but reading further on was quite disappointing. Why not offer things like discounted travel, discounts on the bar and food, hospitality discounts, team news texts, discounts at various retailers around town (a lot of clubs do discounts with game for example), even some sort of discount with the rugby in a vice versa system, gym discounts, restaurant discounts - use your sponsor links. Things that will be of real use to people.

The fact it's been announced but with no pricing plan says a lot.

Yes I agree Mike it has all been said before!!
But because we have tried to get the message across once or twice or even more we are supposed to give up, NEVER!!!
Banging on every five minutes clearly doesn't work but there have been changes brought about, maybe only small changes.
Those within the club have got to start to listen more as even some of the steadfast are wavering there has simply got to be a wind of change or ultimately we flounder as one.
Good Post Mark.

Fans are the clubs lifeblood & clubs especially small NL clubs should sometimes value their followers opinions, Are the Supporters always right, Heck NO, But neither is the club, Don’t poop on your own doorstep.

I’ve used over here Block tickets either 5 or 10 tickets which can be used how ever you want to use them, IE Take 9 people with you for a game or as Singles to 10 game or 2 People For 5 Games...Any permutation you can think of & they IMO Worked well for me, Great for sponsors, Families or whatever.

I sometimes took the fam, other times friends & other times used them for Business networking.

Wouldn't be so naive as to think all things the supporters suggest should be taken on board bud. But it's a sort of free consultation method, a way of collating information and gauging feeling that should be tapped into and surely foolish to just ignore. Wouldn't dream of pooping on any doorstep as you put it, but some things need to be challenged and highlighted in order to hopefully improve the overall package don't you think.

That doesn't stop them teaming up with train and bus companies to offer easier options to get to games.
It's basically £30 for everything we should get for free!

To increase the fan base the owner needs to apologise for endorsing the Conservative candidate in the general election, the club should not be involved with politics, I know quite a few who do not go because of the owners political stance and using the club as bargaining chip.

Bring back Vaughan...at least you knew where you stood with him and the games were always on!
