Remaining Games
Re: Remaining Games
The fracas last night could well have a big bearing on the final outcome, I personally think it will. We need unity and fighting spirit-that could well have evaporated last night.

Dover,Fylde,Hartlepool all easy fixtures? Still what does whity 69 lap dog no?The Tomahawk Kid wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 2:30 pm Torquay's last five fixtures:
Dover (away)
Fylde (home)
Halifax (home)
Hartlepool (away)
Ebbsfleet (Home)
I think Torquay have the easiest fixture run-in than anybody! And they're also currently an 'in-form' team.
It's beginning to look grim...

You reckon Pennock's on his way then?Steelworks End wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 3:27 pm Just imagine; Woking snatch relegation from the jaws of safety on the last day of the season as Barrow record their first - and last - home win under Ady Pennock.

Fylde (home) and Hartlepool (away) imo are easy fixtures for a team who have won 5 of their last nine games and I'd put money on The Gulls getting a point at Dover.

Talk ask then !

Re: Remaining Games
Lots of permutations here. I now think we (41pts) will need 10 points from 7 games. This would leave Torquay (37pts) needing 5 wins out of their remaining 6 games to overhaul us. A tall order. If we get the 10 points, then So long as our slim goal difference advantage stays ahead of Solihull (41pts) then They will need to get 11 from 6 games. Woking - the team who are there to catch for both Barrow and Solihull.
It is still in our hands and still in our favour. Even if we get beat tomorrow and if Solihull win, so long as we avoid getting totally spanked, we still have that extra game (Guisley- although that would then be a must win)
