Sunderland fan here.......

Post by Robbo_SAFC » Tue Apr 10, 2018 12:01 pm

Signed up a while back but this is my first post, so gan canny with me :)

I've developed a bit of a soft spot for Barrow over the past couple of years. I've only managed to get to one game so far (the 0-0 thriller with Torquay last season) and I'm hoping to get to the last game against Chester. I'm praying you will survive and I feel your pain. I know it's all relative and that but there's a few similarities between our situations reading your comments about your players/owners etc. If you survive there will be 2 divisions between our 2 clubs!

Good luck for tonight, I'll be checking your score while I'm watching Sunderland

Nice one...good luck for the rest of the season, theres absolutely no goals in our side at the minute so don't expect a result tonight ,would your fans put up without a win at home for 5 months, I cant ever recall a season like this

No way man,364 that crazy, you have fantastic support still for a club that’s sadly been in free fall. Fantastic ground as well which we visited several years ago in the cup,i really hope you stay up, your support deserves it.

Yeah our support has dwindled but it's still pretty good I guess all things considered. I remember that match in the cup, it's still remembered over here as been the coldest match we've ever been to :o :o Wasn't the A69 closed off for the Barrow supporters on the way back due to snow??

I think it was the 66 but my memory may be wrong. All I can remember is absolutely hundreds of us in a service station somewhere.
Popular side since '03.

Hi Robbo & Welcome Mate.

You’re suffering with SAFC & We’re suffering with BAFC.

Bring a car full with you on the last day as we need all the support we can get, Hope you enjoy your day & we have a staying up party, Sadly you Mackems seem doomed.

We're gone. The teams above us aren't much better and we've had chances the last few games to get wins but our Defence is non-existent. Any ball comes into our box and it's a goal.
