That's true and I can't see how we are not paying it all in their financial circumstances. With our sendings off we might even ask Guiseley if they can lend us some of their 43 players. But not ARH.

I hope we’ve offered Luke James a deal for next year

Great game today played well and I’d have happily taken a point at kick off. However I was puzzled towards the end when we had a corner last couple of mins of game and the players just didn’t look interested in it and not many went up for it - yes I know they’ll have been gutted to have conceded prior but surely a corner it’s possibly a goal chance? Also at full time the players looked like you’d have told them they were relegated. The corner maybe they didn’t want to commit too many forward in case they broke and scored but hey ho
everyone is entitled to their opinion, deal with it

In the cold light of day it's a brilliant point and I honestly think we could be safe now because I'm sure Dover will beat Woking and anyway we'll beat chester!

The good news is it means he won’t be able to play in the last two games

What a good time for the club to do a "pay what you want on the gate" now that would be interesting. :scarf:
Make it £5 entry and promote it massively starting first thing Monday morning; it does help the lads to have a big noisy support in

From The Aldershot Forum
Funniest thing is watching ageing and overweight ex Prem forward Grant Holt trying to sit in the middle of the pitch and boss it for them

Difficult to tell from.the far side of the ground, but my impression was that it was a 50/50 ball which Bauress and one of their players went for. The referee must have seen - or imagined - something though. Be interesting to see the highlights.

Looked 50/50 at the time. If that's the case we should appeal.

Great point but disappointing we couldn't hang for the win. Hard to believe that after this total cluster [SwearFilter] of a season, its still in our own hands. We really have to grab this chance.

Going by that he played today that surely affected the playoffs where do you draw the line?
Because he's not an aldershot player ?

I think Woking might raise an objection.
The agreement between Chester & us have a big fat ZERO to do with any other club, Woking Included.

But every game from 1st to last has a bearing on P or R so they won’t have any say if he can play or not, No team can suddenly object because it may affect them when they find themselves in the shittter

What ((if)) we beat Bromley midweek & are safe then it would kinda be a moot point but I hope the club are considering some form of reduced pricing and make a statement ASAP along the lines of (( if )) we need the points on Saturday admission will be xxx & if we are safe already it will be xxxx.

The earlier any announcement the better prospects of a larger gate.
