Didn't say Cookie wasn't a great striker just an uncomplicated one. Tranmere nearly messed him up by trying to get him to adapt his play last season and this backfired spectacularly. This season they've been using the mantra "Run, See Goal, Shoot". Works a treat.

On the subject of stats, I believe Woking were actually second in the NL table at the end of October after 15 games with 28 points. This means they've taken only 20 points from the last 30 games. That's pretty gruesome.

Run, see goal..shoot ,,,would actually work fine for every team in every league in every country.... But as an old timer hitting my 60`s now, it saddens me to see little teams trying to emulate so called super star teams wanting to pass the ball 50 times around the penalty area into the net. wipe out 40 passes and just shoot for f`sake. Honestly believe that`s what frustrates us fans more then anything. SHOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

Half price at the very least. I think the argument about it being unfair to season ticket holders is weak, we get the chance to save money with early bird offers and the like.
