Re: Advanced Season Tickets Offer 2018/19
Just a thought, but club membership offers second priority for FA Cup tickets, after season ticket holders. Does this trump Trust or NSC members, who were previously towards the top of the pecking order?
OK it's probably fairly academic at the moment, but you never know.

Re: Advanced Season Tickets Offer 2018/19
I'm a little confused over the apparently confused situation between the Club and the Trust. Does anybody think the two are related in any other way than a distant appeasement to some loyal fans? I would very much doubt that any financial or fund-raising decision is made (by the club) with the Trust in mind.
The club has to look out for itself. The Trust has to look out for itself. The club has an agenda, the trust has an agenda, There are, of course, overlaps but they are coincidental.

There certainly does seem to be very little point paying for all these memberships - I spend enough getting to games so need to draw a line somewhereSteelworks End wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 6:53 pm Just a thought, but club membership offers second priority for FA Cup tickets, after season ticket holders. The NSC could (and should) do and offer a lot for us exiles but in my opinion they are failing miserably on this barring a regular newsletter. There have also been some other "issues" so they won't be receiving my money anytime soon.
The Trust does some excellent fundraising and community stuff which I like and my intention was to go back to being a Trust member but now not so sure. If I was living in Barrow area however I would be a Trust member for the travel incentives to away games alone.
The club membership offers the ticket priority which to be fair is the only meaningful advantage for an out of towner. 10% off in club shop also useful if buying a shirt or other stuff. Is it worth £30? Not so sure but it probably still offers the best potential value for money for me personally.
The Trust and NSC should probably consider merging.

Approaching 300 season ticket sales
Re: Advanced Season Tickets Offer 2018/19
I said after the shambles last year that I wont buy a season ticket again and I'm sticking to that. Just reading about this rolling contract scenario with AP makes me feel like that there is a bombshell just around the corner-especially after what that bloke in asda told me earlier on in the week.

Now then mall, did that bloke in Asda have anything to say about the Sainsbury's merger?
That really would be interesting.

Tommy, I was told we would be notified towards the end of June.
Probably also be an email, if you left a phone number that also and an official announcement in the media when they become available.
