New Signing imminent

For all things Barrow AFC. Keep discussions civil and fair, we're all Barrow aren't we!

Fylde reject? 😉
Never played any games for Fylde In 2018
Only played about 25 for Fylde and Eastleigh combined
In his last 100 games including the National League scored 3 league goals not exactly prolific for a midfielder
To many poor players being brought into the team that just escaped relegation.
Hardly building for success

Give over Pedro
The last recruitment method never worked
Poor overpaid players that didn't care.
Maybe Evatt is going for hunger and effort

What is your point, having done your research on Google or something similar?
“..the team that that just escaped relegation....” doesn’t exist any more, if you hadn’t noticed.
It’s all about rebuilding with a new manager, playing suffiently attractive footy to get adequate crowds, and staying up.
We have a different budget now, understandably.
Can you please enlighten us on your view of what success would be this coming season?
And perhaps show some POSITIVITY, just for a change.

Haha, a Pedro whinge about a triallist who might never play more than 30 mins in a Barrow shirt. If he's deemed good enough, he'll be signed, if not, then he'll be let go.

If we're going to analyse the merits of signing every triallist, this is going to be a more tedious pre-season than usual.

Taylor and Turner both did ok on Saturday have a better look at them tonight Taylor might not be a scoring midfielder some people want but if he tightens up midfield like we've been asking for then great

Be good to have trialist with a pedigree
We are getting very close to the season starting and still do not have a full team on the books

Do we have those replacements we were going to get as good or better than Jordan Williams,Bennett etc yet.

We survived last year by the skin of our teeth and though they stated Ady was staying he went.
I hope we stay up but new inexperienced Manager, players who featured for Guisley

Tell me we are planning for success

Been supporting Barrow over 60 years and never seen passing football like Barrow played tonight in all that time.
Some really good players playing tonight.
Very optimistic for this season now.
Hope you found time to slip away from the keyboard and watch it Pedro.
