Man on pitch with gun
Re: Man on pitch with gun
I'm behind the club.
I also think Andrew is a walking disaster.
Last weeks safety shenanigans only further proves my way of thinking. His constant cringe worthy comments,in my opinion, deserve to have the [SwearFilter] taken out them.

Alright I'll bite. Will one of you please explain to me exactly what is snide about my remarks? There is nothing underhand about my remarks they are direct and honest. Deal with it unless you two are part of the new gang who won't have a word said about Andrew. It's called having an opinionmall wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 10:39 amI agree with Elaine. I think you would be better keeping you're snide remarks to yourself, you're doing the club no favours. If it was a member of my family taking this sort of shite from such as you I would be thinking twice about the future.DaveP wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:51 am Quite honestly I'm shocked you can see my first post as anything other than a joke.
As to Andrew being inept and damaging to Barrow AFC I stand by that 100%. Perhaps we are not allowed an opinion anymore especially if it might "damage the club". I'd suggest Andrew has inflicted far more damage on the club than any remarks on this forum.
I was one of Pauls biggest champions at the outset but he has stepped back and left Andrew in charge and the result speaks for itself.
Yes I'm all for getting behind the club and looking forward but I'm sure we would be so much better off if we'd appointed an experienced football man rather than Andrew and would have saved a lot of money.

Re: Man on pitch with gun
As regarding the safety comment I was at the ground yesterday when the clearance was done. As I hadn't seen anyone inspecting I asked how? No second inspection carried out but paperwork was correct. WHAT ABOUT THE WEED HAZZARD? It's all a farce.
Everyone has an opinion about the club. I respect those who don't use personal insults to voice theirs.

Re: Man on pitch with gun
Elaine my comment was a tongue in cheek comment about there being a pest at the club no more and no less
Really can't understand your reaction to this.

Oh here we go again. The old chestnut. Part of a the new gang (the old one being the"clique") . What new gang? Im pretty close to what goes on and I have never come across anyone who fits the description you have given.DaveP wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 10:59 amAlright I'll bite. Anyone who speaks out against personal insults is tagged as a "happy clapper". Its pathetic and thats my opinion which I am also entitled to. Any criticisms I have are said to him directly not via "jokes" on a forum. Thats in case you think Im a keyboard warrior.
Re: Man on pitch with gun
As above, don't know why you've taken offence and yes I'd tell Andrew to his face exactly what I have said on here if it wasn't for the fact I live in Manchester and am not able to get to games as easily as you can for a whole host of reasons.
Expected better from you. It seems no one is allowed to criticise. The only comment I made was about there being "a pest at the club" IT WAS A JOKE and any view of it being personal and insulting is way wide of the mark.
I'll remember in future apparently only locals can have an opinion and exiles who don't go to games are not allowed one.

We are all Barrow fans, we were all excited when Paul Casson came into town promising new stands, a push for the football league etc etc. Anyone who thinks him leaving Andrew Casson in charge was a good idea after everything that has gone on needs their head testing

What don't you understand? It's the manner of the criticism. Can't you make them without cheap jokes at someone's expense. It's not that hard to do. Now we have gone on to the only locals allowed an opinion.!!!!! Did I know where You live? No. Am I interested in where you live? No.DaveP wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 11:29 am As above, don't know why you've taken offence and yes I'd tell Andrew to his face exactly what I have said on here if it wasn't for the fact I live in Manchester and am not able to get to games as easily as you can for a whole host of reasons.

Re: Man on pitch with gun
Who the hell thinks its ok to refer to AC on a public forum such as this as a "walking disaster". He might well be reading this forum as well as his mam and dad, how do you think it makes them feel when they read this sort of remark against a member of their family, its just bloody disgusting and cowardly IMO.
If anyone else thinks he is a walking disaster or anything else then go say it to his face-if you've got the balls.
This forum shouldn't be used for personal attacks on people, especially the people and their kin who are the very lifeblood of the club.
If you don't agree with something then fine, just say so but, there is no bloody need to refer to someone as a "walking disaster". Just no need for it.

I called him a pest for god's sake what the hell is wrong with that? I'm not responsible for other peoples comments.Holkerbird wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 12:25 pmWhat don't you understand? I agree he is a walking disaster and anyone who thinks otherwise or feels that is "over the top" needs their bumps feelingmall wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 12:44 pm Who the hell thinks its ok to refer to AC on a public forum such as this as a "walking disaster".
