hi everyone, just bought my ticket but when you go to the ground with your printed ticket do you go to the turnstile or have you got to ask for a proper one at reception?
buying it was very easy. Any guidance on this would be appreciated

You can go straight to the ground with it my friend, the turnstile operator is meant to exchange it for a match day ticket.

For the Havant game I just showed my e-ticket at the gate and was allowed in; I didn't receive any other ticket.

Electronic one must be scanned at the office on arrival otherwise just show the printed ticket
