Excellent result, decent performance.

In all honesty, today was a carbon copy of every other game I've seen this season (except Salford) in that we were by far the better side and on sheer possession deserved to win the game comfortably. For large parts we again were frustrating and failed to convert our dominance into goals. The difference today was we were up against a very poor Dover side where it really didn't require much to keep carving them open. At the same time, they offered virtually zero going forward.

Playing the way we do, we will win games as we did today, but doing it consistently is the challenge. Today wasn't perfect in that regard, some of the same defects were still evident but we got the 3 points that we deserved and hopefully we can build on that.

Thank god that trip was made worthwhile! Looked excellent on the ball, but not taking the chances. As soon as the goal went in we seemed to gain the confidence and got a second. Brilliant result and a much needed first away victory. Dover were extremely poor, perhaps one of the worst teams I’ve seen in a while. Hopefully that will give us some momentum to carry on and get a few wins on the bounce. One win can change everything. Well done to everyone who travelled.

To be fair to Ady Pennock, and irrespective of the "we" and "us" business, he was waving to all the Barrow supporters as we changed ends at half time. It looked genuine to me.

Changed ends? Yes, with 29 of us and less than 800 home supporters, the Dover officials belatedly decided that segregation was pointless.

I’m glad Ady used the words “us” & “we” I honestly believe he had a genuine affection for BAFC.

Great three points today, admittedly against a team struggling - but they’re the ones WE struggle against usually.
Jack Hindle must be pushing for a starting place next game. I E must be a happy manager knowing Smith is scoring, Hindle is still putting them away and Blyth is on his way back, I can’t wait for Turner to be in contention again.

Not getting carried away, I still think we’ll end up around mid table but playing the way we do...I’ll be happy with that.

He was beaming from ear to ear at the reaction he got from Barrow supporters to him being there.
Was a pleasure to get to work with him today and wish him nothing but the best in wherever his career takes him next. A respectable gent right through.

My post was made in the first few minutes of the game Adam
It just sounded strange a former manager say we and us. I had never heard that before. Had anyone ? It 's quite clear that Ady does have a genuine affection for us judgiing by various posts. As the game went on it became clear to me that he did. He came across as a good guy when he was our manager. Anyway, a fantastic result and another football performance. Pleased for Hindle. He's quality. A great day for the 29.

Only listened to second half as it's always been very poor.
Thought Adam & Ady were excellent. Commentary was excellent and I loved the way he said "we" and "Us".
He kept us up with a right pile of dross. Top man Ady..
Great result today and we'll do be all those that travelled.
A lot of southern teams at the bottom right now. Hope it stays that way
