Let the club crack on with it. We're going to have close to our biggest gate of the season (potentially biggest) with absolutely nothing riding on it. The more little things the club can do to make the most of that situation the better.

We're on the 12th forum page for this match and it's still 4 days before the match. I'd rather there was this hype than us playing Boreham Wood, Braintree etc. with 5 away fans turning up.

Bet your a right laugh on a night out!!!!!!! Lighten up for gods sake the club have done a brilliant job marketing this game and assisting the Hartlepool fans and club in enabling as many as possible of their fans can watch this game. Its a big money spinner for the club no shared gate money and no doubt the local pubs will make a bob or two more than they normally would on an Easter Monday. Enjoy it and embrace it. Remember in life we aint here for a long time we are here for a good time. Oh and i think the programme cover is ace.

Some great ideas for this game. Hope we sell plenty of programs, drinks etc

We need the cash plain and simple we have had bad luck with the timings of the other big clubs coming to us on midweek so it give us a chance with Hartlepool to make some cash I do not see the issues.

Could have been Dover last home game bringing 25. Hopefully we will get some big away support coming for some games next season we can benefit from

Accrington’s chairman this year has been going all out to give away fans a good experience at their ground (cheap beer, marquees with bands on pre game etc etc) his philosophy is if you can’t massively increase your home attendance why not make money off away fans

That's true. I would rather have a good atmosphere where away fans want to make the effort to come here than the York game type behaviour where their coach was attacked.
The first season we were promoted 2009 we had some enjoyable memorable away day visits to grounds. Mixing with fans etc. It doesn't have to be all conflict.

Bit tacky if you ask me but the club have rolled with it and fair play - won’t be there but hope the Hartlepool fans enjoy their day
