Hi Ann thanks for the enquiry,

I'm sure Rich will be on to explain this properly Ann but the short answer is he's working his way through them. Where you paid (ie online or at club) is also probably a factor, as it takes a little longer for the 'club' ones to be processed.

There's actually a lot going on in terms of close season administration, what with the 1901, new memberships, sponsorships etc and e-mails being sent out. Lots of admin jobs that noone sees but are vital for everything working properly. So I'm grateful for a wee excuse to thank Rich for all that.

Cheers

Steve

Hi Ann,

As Steve explained, there is a lot happening all at once. Firstly I am processing the orders as they come in (mainly to keep our resident drum beater Capman fully informed so he can keep everyone informed :-)).

Last week I was prioritising the sponsors thank you letters, renewed memberships and 1901 letters for those NOT on email as our one man mail deliverer Russ is going away on a big trip soon so I had to get those done before he goes away.

While Steve is handing the thanks out I want to extend them to Russ. Having Russ volunteer for this saves us a HUGE amount on postage and keeps our admin costs down to a minimum.

If anyone else would like to help out with this in your areas, please just let me know.

This week I will be concentrating on emailing the 1901 Club numbers out to those who have provided an email address, so you should all hear shortly what your numbers are.

Once this calms down we only have the membership renewal forms to update and send out....... ;-)
