First match : Barrow v Northampton Town : Sat. 24th Sept. 1960 ... won 1-0... ( which was nice )
Re: Bromley v Barrow Match Thread
Now that was a superb performance.
Defensively, as an attacking threat, to a man we were excellent.
Make no mistake, Bromley are a decent side with a decent manager but we made them look below average today and they scored with one of the very few times they managed to get in behind us.
Thoroughly deserved result that Bromley can have no complaints about. Play like that and this is undoubtedly a play-off side.

We were very good today, maybe dreaming but I think we should be aiming for the title.

Boylie said the other week "we'll win this league " I thought some statement that ! But now who can argue with that the team /Evatt obviously believe now it's our part to believe let's make Boreham wood have it on Tuesday

Here we go... Six in a row!
Wee mention for the full backs and Kay, who were superb second half.
Unpleasant club, was great to beat them

Great result that. Well done all.
No one is talking play offs around the club....All the talk is about winning this league.
If we are lucky on the injury and suspension front...Why Not?
Now get your mates down to HS on Tuesday....Let's give this team our support....

Agreed... 1,500 minimum on Tuesday. Please, please, please encourage family and friends to Holker St for the two home games next week.whitty1969 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 5:46 pm Great result that. Well done all.
