Great result. If Bromley had tried to play a bit more football instead of trying to kick the **** out of us, they might have got something out of the game. I don’t get this thing some refs have about not giving a yellow card for a foul if a player already has one, number 26 with the ‘man bun’ should have walked.

I’ve left that ground before saying, That’s it, why am I doing this, but at the final whistle tonight, in amongst the buzz of the crowd, floodlights blazing down, out onto Holker Street, fans streaming out singing and applauding all around. It was the best feeling ever leaving a game. Absolutely cherishing these times.
