Behind closed doors

Post by tictactoe » Mon Mar 16, 2020 11:29 pm

Reading what Ian Evatt said before about playing games behind closed doors - he said if that happened barrow fans would turn up anyway wanting entry thereby involving policing/stewarding costs etc. Really? Would you? If that was how the league could continue and thereby hopefully resulting in our return to the football league, would fans not have the common sense to abide by the decision?

Whether you would or wouldn’t doesn’t make you a better/worse fan.
everyone is entitled to their opinion, deal with it

If it was the match that could see Barrow return to the Football League, then yes, fans would turn up, even if only to soak up the atmosphere outside the ground, home or away. I certainly would.

If there are any Snatch Squad t-shirts going, can I have one? I lost my Pussy Patrol shirt...

Lucky you, the place is closing down before our eyes. People seem to have evaporated.

I wouldn't turn up, but I'd certainly buy a ticket on-line to help the coffers.
that could be the challenge.. try and get the biggest 'non-attendance' through online ticket sales we could.
