For such a big club with all the experience of major contracts for some of the worlds superstars, what’s taking so long in signing a non league manager. The poor Bolton fans on the live newspaper blog have seen more life in a tramps vest than they have seen today.

I suspect it’s a little bit more than Iles (anagram of lies) was eluding to at dinnertime today!

It won’t happen but wouldn’t it be bloody hilarious if the deal fell through, take about egg on your face. Poor Evatt with no job, that wouldn’t do much for his super ego. He would perhaps no longer think he was the second coming.
I think if l had a choice of anything in the world l think a failed deal would come above a lottery win today

I’m sure if we could be @rsed by it all then the mighty Bolton Wanderers could be answering an illegal approach for Ego Evatt.

Still can’t understand why they would want him to do a podcast in the middle of May....or was that to try and get their fans on board as most were expecting Guardiola! (Sorry about the spelling)

If that photo was taken today why has it been removed from the blog and surely Evatt has more than one change of clothes?

They're probably waiting for the world's press and TV to arrive and wondering why they haven't turned up yet!

Perhaps Evatt's had to make a dash home to get changed into the clothes he was wearing in the photo.

Correct, this time last year Bolton were pleading for food and toiletries for their staff because they weren't paying their wages. Some local clubs including Preston sent them donations because they had taken pity on them.
Bit rich on a day like today don't you think, don't worry, we'll help you out a bit I'm sure. Maybe buy your training ground off you. 😉
Must say i.m a little confused by the above as I don't own a training ground. Let alone have one to sell.

And the day I need any help from a bunch of Horwich charlatans will be the day I no longer have an interest in football.

Only reporting what the Bolton daily rag is saying, now a rumour that the deals off!

Sorry one of the posters on the blog to be more precise.
