Season Tickets

Post by AugustusCorpa » Wed Jul 08, 2020 9:46 pm

Does anyone know roughly when the 20/21 season tickets will be available to buy?
What kind of money will we be looking at for a season ticket in division two?
How many season tickets did we sell last season?
How many do we expect to sell this season? Demand should be high.

I’m presuming we normally sell around 300/400 season tickets? That’s just a guess. I don’t know.
Would we expect to be selling well over a thousand next season?
Is that realistic?

If we start the season with reduced capacity and season tickets get first dibs I imagine we'll have record sales
How does it make you feel to know that you voted for this?

Will they be full price season tickets as no one might be allowed into the grounds till the new year

Of course they will be full price. The club isn't going to make a guess and lose money if we get in grounds earlier. Other countries have supporters in grounds now in limited numbers so season ticket holders could be let in for all games.

I hope current season ticket holders are given priority. The majority of us didn't claim any money back on the cancelled games and there will be a lot on bandwaggon jumping with the situation as it is. It would be poor if we missed out.

Not jumping on band wagon I go to every home game and didn't claim money-back for last 4 home games after I bought tickets.
The club actually makes more money from me than a season ticket holder as I pay full price every game so a season ticket holder has no more right than me to go and watch them

Season Ticket holders pay up front at the most difficult time of the year financially and have always been sold at any club with promotions like first in line for cup tickets etc. I'm not a season ticket holder by the way but accept the priority given to season ticket holders.

Well you're an exception to the rule then. Season ticket holder get priority because they commit to the full season in advance. If people choose to individually buy tickets then they have the flexibility to not go if they don't want to.

If you're limited in capacity then obviously you give the people who have committed to every game first dibs on spaces. No other way to do it really...

Surely for current season ticket holders a two day window priority for purchasing for next season should be a given. Should be easy for the club to organise given that the numbers involved are only a few hundred or so.
