Players like Jones are what Barrow need to get bedded into the EFL. Winning the ball is key. I'm sure Dunn will replace the goals/flair of Rooney soon enough. However, getting a solid base to play from is vital.

Not true. I’m just giving you facts. I’ve never seen him play - I have no idea whether he’s a good player or not. I hope he is and he does well for us. Rooney scored 31 goals last two seasons . Whether M Jones is a better player or not we will see. Looks like he can tackle, intercept and pass.

Rooney has made less than 50 appearances in the EFL. Jones has made nearly 500. Clearly Jones is better at what he does than Rooney.
