Quigley's Suspension

Post by memories of 67 » Tue Aug 25, 2020 1:02 pm

Looks like these early cup fixtures are going to do us & Quig's a favour, it means he's only going to miss 1 league game and not 3 as was originally thought.
Remember, doing a good job that goes unseen is like wetting yourself in a dark suit.
YOU GET A WARM FEELING BUT NO ONE ELSE NOTICES.

He'll miss two league games unless we beat Derby I think.

Yes, SA, as Adam pointed out on another thread the EFL Trophy games do not count towards part of the suspension.
It all comes 'round again.

EFL cup and EFL trophy are 2 different competitions

The cup we play Derby in Quigley can not play in that game due to suspension

He can however play against Blackpool on the 8th of Sept as that competition has its own disciplinary rules

How many times does this have to be explained for the love of God?

Some people can’t be bothered to trawl through some of the comments on the longwinded subjects where conversation goes round in circles or there’s a domestic spat so they miss the relevant info which they then enquire about later. To be fair some of the posts can be rubbish so easy to miss something relevant.
