Question regarding viewing figures

It's obvious from reading this forum that a question is asked in the public domain and then the local media or the club respond a few days later. So the question I'd like to throw into the mix is why haven't the club disclosed the IFollow viewing figures for any of their matches so far this season ? Eight of our games have been on IFollow, if you include the two EFL Trophy games and we've still not had an official figure for any of those matches. I find that strange, surely the club know how much income the service is generating, maybe they just don't want to put that information out into the public domain. For what it's worth I think tomorrow's match with Bolton will be our most watched game.

It very much will be sadly Bolton will likely make more money than we will from it which I think is totally wrong and the EFL should be changing that ruling

I would guess becuase its an income stream and would indicate a measure of interest in following the clubs fortunes.

We could go further and ask "How many sausage rolls have Greggs sold each month?" but don't expect an answer to that one!

The FL released the figures to the clubs for the first 5 games at the end of last week for them to be made public on the club's websites. Carlisle did that on Friday with extra info added by uncle Bernard

Good info for fans. Some may not be interested, some may say why do you want to know this (which as a part owner through the Trust I think it is of interest) , but for others, its just an indication of much needed revenues and also interest levels in this service.

Barrowaberdeen, Roadrunner I'm genuinely surprised to hear that you don't think this info matters. Surely this is the club's main source of income during these uncertain times. And as has been mentioned earlier on this thread it's the same as giving out an attendance figure. Roadrunner your Gregg's sausage roll analogy I'm afraid doesn't work for me in fact I'd even go further, I'm actually surprised some of the National Papers don't include the figures in their Monday editions.

I enjoy getting cheered when a large attendance is announced. You're welcome, but it was really nothing.

OK, here goes. I'm always happy to give out info if it's reasonable...apologies for the delay.

Stevenage at Home 632 ST Codes and 344 Home- 367 Away so we get 711= £7110 gross
Newport Away we had 384 watching away so that goes to them= 0
Colchester at Home 738 ST Codes and 238 Home- 500 Away fans so we get 738= £7380
Carlisle Away we had an away support of 698 of which we get 198. Carlisle had, I think 931 = £1980
Harrogate I did see somewhere but can't find the e-mail. It was in the 300s I think so in terms of finance = £0

So tomorrow we probably will have our biggest 'gate' of the season.
