I had that problem when I tried through the "buy tickets" so I went through "Watch Live Now" and it came up with an option that worked. Good luck.

Could not get it to work through the link via the Barrow official site. Have managed to get in via the ifollow main site. Im not touching anything

Just bought my match pass for Walsall. I clicked on a link that said use an existing payment method and it did. Took my £10 without me having a chance to apply my season ticket discount code. Only way to contact them is via email so I have sent one to complain and ask for a refund.

I`m still trying to get a refund for the Bolton game. Put in my card details, added my code but discount not given and £10 taken from my bank account. Emailed ifollow using the link, received two automated replies so tried with the live chat link two days ago and was informed due to the high email volumes it would take some time to obtain a refund. Still waiting.

So they have a high volume of email enquiries due to their system being crap. I can't even find the chat link. Going to ring my bank see if they will stop the payment

The bank cannot stop the payment. So what happens now? If I watch the match do ifollow keep the money? Do I try and go on line and apply my discount code. Not a very satisfactory situation

I think where your going wrong is you should be redeeming your code first then choosing your payment method !!

Get in touch with the iFollow support team and say the payment went through before you could add your code.

Send them the code too. They should refund you.

Why should you get refunded when your doing it wrong !!

On the payment page you put in your match code and redeem it . It will then show minus £10 which is your discount then pay as normal and it will come back as £0.00. Dont pay first then try and redeem your code or you will get charged £10.
