i follow
Re: i follow
Did the initial information requesting the email confirmation from season ticket holders not say that access would be automatically enabled?
Re: i follow
What's the email address you contact? Both Cambridge and Mansfield have played up for me.

Re: i follow
Also had the same problem on Saturday so sent them an email complaining to which they replied that we were aware of the problem and that I should have got in touch with them on the live chat to which I replied that I had tried live chat but got no response to which they acknowledged but no sign of any refund.I have found iFollow good to this point but the customer service when you have a problem is rubbish
Re: i follow
Yes it did, I’ve just checked IFollow and it’s not saying I have access to the game yet, has any other season ticket holders checked iFollow for automated access to home games? Think I’m just being impatient but losing a lot of faith in the iFollow service

Re: i follow
Im a season ticket holder and I haven't got access to Saturdays game as yet. Does anybody know when it will happen. I dont fancy waiting till one hour before the game.
Re: i follow
Same here do we just wait until 1hour before or what?
Re: i follow
Just had an email from iFollow (re the Cambridge game) -
"By means of apology for your poor experience, we will be issuing you with a full refund for the match pass you purchased for the game. You don’t need to do anything and this refund should be processed into your account within the next 14 days."
Not bad, seeing as I hadn't even raised a complaint.

Re: i follow
Phone or email the club and they will tell you all you need to know....... once they know ! I have. No point asking on here. That's what the clubs excellent website is for.
Re: i follow
Emailed the the club yesterday about it, the reply was
Many thanks for your email.
I know the EFL were working on this today (Wednesday) so hopefully within the next few days everything should have been upgraded.
Thanks,
