Agree. Crap the way it finished and should have held on but we got lucky a few times earlier in the game.

Would have taken that result before kick off.

Obviously disappointed with the late equaliser, but I think we should take some solace from the fact that we have looked just as good as Cambridge and FG, two play off contenders. I feel confident that we will climb up the table and should end up in the top half. As an aside, after their great start, Harrogate are gradually sliding down towards us.

Probably the most frustrating part was the amount of times in the second half the ball was put in low across the box and we lack a goal poacher to be there in the right place for a tap in

Agreed. Our objective is to stay in this league and we are picking up points but we do need to start learning the lessons from our mistakes. Our 5-game sequence is W-W-L-D-D so we're doing okay I think.

Our game management when we take the lead esp the last few minutes is shocking. Looked at passsing further up the pitch then one player always just hoofs it to the opposition! TBH yeah a draw was fair result as we shouldn't have got a penalty but we drop so many points and how many games at home have we been winning and then ended up drawing (4 ?) Kay was a miss and we could do with Hardcastle back asap. I said previously to the Cambridge game, 2 draws and a win would be good so Tuesday we play a team 1 point above us. We really need to take 3 points !

I'm one of the first to sigh about the way refs give away penalties for next to nowt but I thought that one was a fair shout. The defender dived in, foot up as Barry was about to pull the ball back. I've seen far softer pens given. In the end a draw was a fair result against a decent side given that they twice hit the woodwork. No one had a bad game and James - absolutely superb this season - was a deserved MoM. But it still hurts and the poor defending really needs to stop.
That's successive draws against two top 5 sides but the game on Tuesday against Oldham - who won away today at 6th place Exeter - is pretty important now. We have to show we can do it against the sides around us.
Don't let the old man in.

Hard to take when it happens last minute - a month ago we'd have lost that game today, good character to come back like that. Silly foul for the free kick, we'll say poor marking for their 1st goal, but if Quigley makes that run and header we say great movement, so not being hyper critical. Today was one of those games with 3000 in we probably win, there were plenty of shouts just from the few in watching, so a full house would have been one of those HS days.
Ref was awful, how their no6 stayed on the park was beyond me. He was puling Quigley all day and even was kicking him 1st half... Think they were as good a footballing side as I've seen this year, and to be disappointed we havent beaten them shows how much we have improved and how expectation has grown. A few tired legs on a heavy pitch, going to be interesting what side we put out Tuesday.

There’s going to be mistakes every game by both teams and for all the passing, winning the ball back, attacking threat etc, it’s how games are being won and lost. Set pieces carry the biggest threat of conceding.

We are where I expected us to be, luck or no luck its 2 wins all season, there will be 6/7 teams starting to get detached of which we will be one of them, if we carry on with this points per game ratio we still face a fair chance of relegation which you wouldn't believe by reading this forum as apparently we'll start stringing wins together soon,

Only two sides go down and I'm confident from what I've seen we look good, I'm confident we will be ok

First of all, I'd be quite happy if we finish this year in 18th place, with a decent gap from the bottom two. I'm also by no means an advocate of making any drastic changes but there currently seems to be a general mindset of 'if we didn't make this mistake we'd be here' or 'good performance we just aren't getting the rub of the green.' Where's the line between bad luck and bad habits?

I'd personally like to hear more about what we're doing to improve our game management and how we will be rectifying our consistent mistakes.
Popular side since '03.

at 70+ mins at 1-0 down, we probably wold have taken a draw. Just very hard to take when it's the last kick of the game but we have to make better decisions to close games out. We are going to be up by one goal many times this season going in to the last 10 mins. We have to be able to make the decisions to see it out 4 times out of 5
