It’s how we recruited Evatt. And look what happened, last time we failed to hold a proper re recruitment process. Didn’t end well. In fact was a disaster

Alexander would be my ideal shout also. He's local enough, experienced enough and sufficiently able to motivate. Lets put it this way had he been our manager from day one I dont think we'd have been this poor - even with the same squad. In my view we still need what we needed from the day Evatt left - someone who can grab the squad by the throat and keep it afloat in the division until we could settle.

Bradford will be in the hunt for a manager so im wondering if the BOD had a target and acted quicker than they were planning on because of this ?
If a manager is out of work he ain't getting paid and if he wants a job then negotiate a wage both parties are happy with. Could always insert a Evett type release clause if he wants to go elsewhere. Just need someone who has the experience and hopefully gets the team playing better and we start getting the points.
