You don’t need a stretcher for every injury m8. It is possible for a player to get injured and not need one. HOPE this helpsSteeley wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 3:19 pmBarry seems to disappear a number of times a season injured. Must pick them up in training as I don't recall him ever being stretchered off a lot.HenneysKnee wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 12:45 pm Wonder if Brad Barry, Mike Jones or Baker Richardson are anywhere near. Any of those would be a boost to the squad

Re: January Transfer window
I think the delay in seeing new signings might be that we will have to get some players going out as we need to get some wages off our books for the salary cap so expect to see players going before we see any new players that might make a difference. With all the rain and more forecast for Saturday then Saturdays game could be off and that would take the pressure off and give Jolley time to get them playing his way

If that was the case surely Paul Hornby would have known that before he made the radio statement !Broughton Fan wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 4:10 pm I think the delay in seeing new signings might be that we will have to get some players going out as we need to get some wages off our books for the salary cap so expect to see players going before we see any new players that might make a difference. With all the rain and more forecast for Saturday then Saturdays game could be off and that would take the pressure off and give Jolley time to get them playing his way
More like with that defeat on Saturday , the players/player know we are in a predicament and are upping their demands because unfortunately they have us over a barrel !

“He’s ready to contribute quickly so we’re really excited to bring him to the Club and hopefully he is the first of several new players coming through the door to help the team.”
Hopefully one or two more before the weekend

...Southend's goalscorer being a debutant loanee. Bottom of the table didn't seem to stop him wanting to play for them, why should it affect a player coming to us?

Some of the theories on here are laughable.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Well when your building something always best to start with the foundations! A good solid addition, welcome to Barrow AFC Neal

Browns been poor in recent weeks. Barry injured too much solid acquisition. Wasnt necessarily looking for another right back hoping the attacking midfielder and centre midfielder are on there way too. Hopefully this means Zouma will be coming off our books.

Exactly this. Wasn’t the first position I had in mind for reinforcement but it is one that has now been improved on. A few more similar standard to this before January is out would be fantasticthe ray wilkie stand wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 5:05 pm Browns been poor in recent weeks.
