Platt (when fit), Jones, Brough, Hird and Nthle are all better than Thomas or Davies! The only decent player that's been brought in is Eardly!
From the glimpse we’ve seen of him so far I’d add Devitt to that Russell.
Not a great return for sacking off a load of players and bringing in another load that so far don’t look any better.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Thinking about it - any game that we are trailing at half time from now onwards we might as well go all out attack 2nd half as we have nothing to lose as our goal difference won’t take us down.

We've got to take it to them now.

Jolley may have brought in a load of new players but I firmly believe we are a worse team than Dunn put out on the pitch. The one goal advantage I thought that only applied to the Bookmakers, we simply having nothing of note on offer. Our goal threat first half has been none existent. I thought Dunn was a bad choice but equally I thought Jolley was just as bad.

Quite possibly the worst half of "football" I've ever seen. Paul Jones and Kenny Gordon could still get in this side ! Salford are no better. How they beat Cambridge, who slaughtered us is beyond me. There is always the second half !

Don't see why we didn't just put an attacking team out TBH. Not really expecting anything from the game before the start so change to a go for the throat attitude and see how they defend. Also, why is Banks playing so deep, absolutely no threat in the opposition half of the pitch what so ever. I know Thomas screwed up but where was Dixon when the ball just went past him? Looked like he was still strolling back from the other side of the goal. Time to revert to 3 at the back, Kay on for someone, Quigley off and have a look at the new lad up front. Nowt to lose now.

I imagine Dixon was probably positioning himself to receive a simple back pass...

Quigley and James up against 6 red shirts each time it's launched at them, no support from anyone.
2 wide players need to get forward, like we are playing with 4 full backs

We always play too safe.... and predictable, still no midfield, hoofball and no end product, not an interesting style of relegation football that we need
