Cheltenham Town (A) match thread

[Mark Johnson]

MOM between Davies, Taylor and Banks for me.

Bobby Thomas + Davies + Jones at the back looked absolutely solid.

[Jonty]

Performance of the season that. Defensive masterclass that second half and restricted them to nothing.

Absolutely brilliant Barrow.

[Moribund]

Would've been delighted with a point. Most encouraging thing was that we didn't park the bus for another 45 mins and instead made two attacking changes.

[LDBF]

A couple of comical goals, good commentary from Gloucestershire, excellent result - well played by everyone in a Barrow shirt

[HenneysKnee]

Absolutely outstanding; yes we rode our luck a bit first half but second half once Kelly had change in the changing rooms to reorganise them we were absolutely superb. That is a massive massive win

Whatever Jolley did (well didn’t) do here, thank Cowps he brought in Tom Davies

[Cokey]

What a win that is, fantastic Barrow!!

[LCBAFC40]

Regroup and get ready for our next cup final on Saturday

[Barrow Lad New]

Absolutely superb performance. Brilliant defending and totally bossed the second half. Confidence oozing through the team at last. Well done lads!

[blumooncrab]

Brilliant

[Big E]

Worst 2 goals we'll ever score.... but GTFI....

[Zak]

Nice of them to leave their throw-in towels out at both ends of the pitch.

[vialli 9]

I bet Cheltenham had already added those 3 points onto their total ! Well tough, we needed them much more than they did... excellent result.

[CH BAFC]

Seems we upset the twitter betters with that result too, ruined a few accumulators, icing on the cake

[cuffy]

Well played Barrow. Well done management. Well done board for making a tough but easy choice to sort out the previous charlatan and put a man like Rob Kelly in charge. Mr Kelly I take my hat off to you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning our season round.

[A.B.]

Tremendous - to a man, absolutely superb.

Onwards.
