Staying up bonus
Just wondered if the board and management have some sort of staying up bonus lined up for the squad if we achieve our goal this season?
Re: Staying up bonus
I know that's football these days but a bonus for not being so shit at your job that you get relegated? No thanks.
Re: Staying up bonus
What ?? Most of this team will be gone straight after the season ends staying up or not the board will have to act fast especially with the managers situation we need stability and fast

We are really good on the forum at motivating players, can't we just wait till the end of the season before saying how crap we are.. we have some good players

Re: Staying up bonus
Exactly....unbelievable how we want them to do well for us and the club whenever they pull the shirt on and we have comments slating them in what will probably be one of the most crucial times in the clubs history.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.
Re: Staying up bonus
We have the nucleaus of a decent team, especially with the mid-season additions. I wouldn't like to see wholesale restructuring and starting again with a new side.

Agreed but we must get some pace into the side in midfield and up front if we want to be a decent team at this level.

Re: Staying up bonus
Once we have beaten Colchester the focus should be on our retained list
Just say no to VAR

Another striker, someone to do the J Taylor role in midfield, and Banks and Devitt in midfield.HenneysKnee wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 5:29 pmAnd sign Tom Daviesrussell_anderson wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 4:28 pm Agreed but we must get some pace into the side in midfield and up front if we want to be a decent team at this level.

They should be giving their all for the club that pays them - no doubt quite generously - to keep them in the league, rather than being mercenary!
