Listened to one of the Barrow Panel saying they were not sure about Rob Kelly getting the job.
People need to remember he has stepped in twice and steered us to safety..
He does not want the job but I hope he will stay as a coach once Neil McDonald takes over.
Irrespective of what happens he is a decent honest person .
Listening to Chris Beech after the game he needs to talk to the samaritans.

Just asking you Pedro. You really know RK doesn't want the job? If he doesn't hope he's no 2 because that's where he has done most of his work in his managerial career.

Agree with Chris Beech he really does need help but he's always like that never gives other teams any credit and they are always unlucky.

No I am making assumptions,I think he likes being No2 he has taken over as interim Manager lots of time once from Craig Levene at Leicester.
I know he wanted to get back from Germany for family reasons and he had followed Uwe Rossler to the club.
But I am thinking he lived in the Midlands so would want a job round there.
I think he is brilliant as a coach imagine if he had better players to work with .

The turn around from Saturday was just incredible; even before the penalty we were much the better side. Led magnificently by Jason Taylor covering every blade of grass we never let Forest Green settle. Connor Brown slotted straight back in and Brad Barry also did a superb job in midfield. Joel Dixon had his best game of the season (which is saying something for how good he’s been) and upfront Quigley really benefited from having Andrew alongside rather than him being the one having to try and win the headers, would love us to get Andy Cook back along side Quigley next season! Just a fantastic win and very much deserved

Congrats from a Swindon fan who's been reading this forum since the "Decisions being made" thread was a fraction of its eventual size. Not too pleased that we'll be playing you next season but that's what you get for hiring John Sheridan. Always had a bit of a soft spot for you guys since reading about you in some old football book as a kid in the 70s (I'm assuming it would have been dated about 1973 but I would have picked up a few years after that).

Remember watching Don Rodgers play against Barrow on a snow covered pitch a real talent we could not live with

Could be 1968-69. We played you at Holker Street on 15th Feb - Rogers didn't score but we did beat you 3-0. (The year before we played you in September, so it's unlikely to have snowed and it finished 1-1.)

And I should have added how much I have enjoyed Adam’s commentaries over the last few years - really important to me as an exile. Full of passion, but always fair to the opposition - plenty of emotion at the full time whistle tonight, you can hear how much it matters to him. Thanks Adam
