Great cutting!
Re: Forest Green Rovers v Barrow match thread
No disgrace in losing to that team. We finished second only on goal average (and if we'd drawn with Watford at home we'd have won the title) and 10 of the 12 beat Arsenal in the League Cup Final exactly a month after we were at Holker Street. Plus a few of them played in the First Division - Rod Thomas got 50 caps for Wales and won the League with Derby, Peter Noble at Burnley and Rogers at Palace.Fartvs Antiqvvs wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 10:22 am Well outclassed us there, must have been McMark's Iron ore and Shipbuiders' tea.![]()
Good job done, looks like we both go again next Season, also for us now.

Fartvs is talking about Tuesday's game, I suspect; he's an erstwhile Barrovian (I think) who now follows FGR.litefoot wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 5:17 pmNo disgrace in losing to that team.
