Aye, double over Cheltenham, 4 pts from 6 against FGR etc but 0 pts from 4 matches against the relegated sides. Oh well, just need to consign this season to the dustbin and move on. We've done well to stay up but need to start again and be a million times better or the same will happen next season. Big clear out coming I think - better EFL players needed.

It seems churlish to say after all the efforts of the players and management for the great escape, but this game just illustrated all the things that were wrong with Barrow for much of the season. I think my groan of frustration count this afternoon was probably the highest of the season. Lots of loose passing and giving the ball away, too much hopeful punts forward, and beaten by a team that was first to everything. I guess Grimsby and Southend did to us what we did to Cheltenham and Forest Green.

From the highs of FGR midweek to this shit show today. Proves how we need a massive clear out this summer, so much dead wood that would not get in most NL teams.

We got over the line by the skin of our teeth but wow how we need a massive squad up grade we are poor from front to back.

Complete overhaul needed.

really glad we didn't hammer them because it would have papered over the cracks experienced centre half needed at least 2 energetic midfielders and 3 decent forwards that are direct and hopefully either score or create chances but i
still don't like to lose!

because in all the games we play we need a good leader someone to cajole the players and keep them going, we haven't got that player.
